Carriage is free to UK mainland and up to a line below Edinburgh and Glasgow for all orders of a total order value of £250.00 nett. A carriage surcharge of £25.00 plus VAT will be made for orders under this value.
Sizes are quoted in mm and are nominal
Where price column show PCSO (please contact sales office) we will be happy to quote you a special price.
We reserve the right the right to alter specifications and design without prior notice, if orders are to match existing products previously ordered from us, please notify us of this.
All orders must be confirmed in writing by the customer (delivery dates may be affected by non-confirmation).
All orders are acknowledged by us, the acknowledgement should be checked thoroughly for errors, as the majority of our products are made to order and therefore are non-returnable.
Notification of cancellation of order will only be accepted if received in writing and have our written consent.
All deliveries are made to the tail-gate of transport, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Deliveries are usually made Monday-Friday, 8.30a.m. – 5.30 p.m.. Orders will be delivered during this time with prior notification, subject to contact details being provided to enable us to gain access to unmanned premises. Carriage surcharges may be made by us if the latter arrangements are not adhered to.
Delivery dates are given by us in good faith, but are not binding. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of trade or any other subsequent costs incurred by our customers as a result of non-arrival of goods.
Responsibility for shortages or damages can only be accepted if made to us in writing and within 3 days of dispatch.
Delivery notes signed “unchecked” will not be accepted by us should goods be faulty / damaged.
It is important when ordering large items that you check your door sizes will accommodate access of furniture. Furniture can be delivered unassembled if requested and, for an installation charge, can be assembled on site by our fitters (this mainly applies to transport trolleys).
All goods remain the property of Topline Contract Furniture Ltd until payment is made in full. We reserve the right to gain access to your property to remove our goods should payment not be made in full.
The information and specifications contained in this document were correct at the time of going to press. Topline reserves the right to alter specifications and service without prior notice as part of a programme of continuous product and service development.
The limitations of the printing process and computer generated imagery used in the production of our literature mean that the colours and finishes may vary from those actually shown. We recommend that you obtain swatches for tabletop and fabric finishes prior to ordering to ensure your complete satisfaction.
